Hello Parents & Guardians,
It has come to our attention that some people aren’t receiving our messages through SchoolMessenger. There can be a few reasons that cause messages to not be received. Your email provider may be marking our messages as SPAM, check your junk and spam folders. Mark our email addresses as ‘safe’ by putting them in your address book for your email – barocca@cbe.ab.ca for Barb at the office and tkcarstairs@cbe.ab.ca for my email address. If you did not receive an email on September 18th with the subject “Early Dismissal Reminder” please be sure to follow these steps.
Your email address can become blocked in SchoolMessenger, our office will search our ‘blocked lists’ and contact you directly (there are only 9). We need your permission to remove the block, just in case you blocked us intentionally.
